Take your real estate career to the next level with the New Hampshire Real Estate Broker Course. This 60 hour state approved program is designed for licensed salespersons ready to advance their expertise, expand their business, and earn their broker license.
This course provides a deep understanding of brokerage management, contracts, agency law, finance, and ethics; everything you need to lead a real estate office or operate independently as a broker.
Course Format
The Broker Course is self led, allowing you to study on your own schedule and at your own pace. Lessons are delivered through clear, easy to follow materials that make even advanced topics approachable.
Students also have access to an optional weekend review session, providing a focused opportunity to ask questions, reinforce key concepts, and prepare for the state and national broker exams.
Hybrid and in person learning options are expected to be added in the near future.
