NH Salesperson License

Before you can take the New Hampshire Real Estate Salesperson Exam, the state requires you to complete a 40-hour per-licensing course.
Our classes are fully accredited and carefully designed to give you the knowledge and confidence you need to pass the exam and start your journey in real estate.

NH Broker License
To qualify as a Real Estate Broker in New Hampshire, the Real Estate Commission requires at least one year of full-time experience (or 2,000 hours part-time) plus 60 hours of approved study before you can sit for the state exam.

Our accredited 60-hour Broker course is designed to meet those requirements. It’s offered as a flexible self-study program, with the option to join a weekend review session that reinforces both National content and New Hampshire State Law.
