NH Salesperson License

Before you can take the New Hampshire Real Estate Salesperson Exam, the state requires you to complete a 40-hour per-licensing course.

NH Broker License
To qualify as a Real Estate Broker in New Hampshire, the Real Estate Commission requires at least one year of full-time experience (or 2,000 hours part-time) plus 60 hours of approved study before you can sit for the state exam.
Our accredited 60-hour Broker course is designed to meet those requirements. It’s offered as a flexible self-study program, with the option to join a weekend review session that reinforces both National content and New Hampshire State Law.
