To become a licensed real estate salesperson in New Hampshire, the state requires completion of a 40 hour pre licensing course from an approved school. At Soucy Real Estate School, this foundational program prepares you for both the New Hampshire and national real estate exams while giving you the confidence to start your career strong.

Classes are currently offered live on Zoom, providing a flexible and interactive experience that fits your schedule. Students can ask questions in real time, connect with instructors, and participate in discussions just like an in person classroom, all from home.In person classes are expected to be available soon for those who prefer a face to face learning environment.
